Software updates are released quarterly. Contact Logicube sales department to purchase a a software update subscription.

Celluar device model numbers are typically located on a label underneath the device's battery.

 
 
Does the cellular device need to be turned on in order to perform an extraction

Yes, the cellular device needs to be turned on in order to extract data. Note: Standard precautions should be taken to prevent phones from acquiring or attempting to acquire a network connection.

 
 
What can I do if the cellular device I'm trying to extract from is password protected?

Contact the service provider associated with the cellular device you are trying to extract from. Note: some devices are designed to wipe their contents after a set number of incorrect password entry attempts. Do not attempt to guess the password!

 
 
How do I calibrate the CellDEK touch screen?
