Clone 2000 Drives for Government

Contractor for the US Government

As a contractor for the US Government, cloning SCSI drives has always been a priority for my facility.  With orders ranging from 50 to 2000 drives, capacity, speed and cost effectiveness are key elements for our management when considering a new solution.

For several years my company has tried to optimize its’ SCSI drive builds, but as most SCSI users know…. SCSI drives can be temperamental.  The high speeds and increased platter rotation has made it very difficult for us to keep the drives cool during the imaging process.  After seeing a new hardware solution, the Logicube OmniSCSI, I was sold in the first five minutes.

Logicube offered a complete, standalone hardware solution that made software imaging a thing of the past.  The Logicube OmniSCSI offers a superior, state of the art design that enabled the drives to be cooled even when running at 15,000 rpm.  This feature, along with the high 1.2GB/min transfer rate made Logicube the choice for us.

There was no longer a need to fool around with configuration setups and raided servers. We simply pulled out the drives, set them on the SCSI cloner and hit one button. With our increased output, overhead has decreased and our profit margin increased.

For those who are still imaging their drives the old fashion, way…think again about convenience, versatility, time-saving and productivity. Logicube has the answer.
